Kisi shaaer ne Kashmir ke liye kya khub likha hai:
Pahado par barf ki jagah khoon ne le li; wadiyo me bhi khoon ki nehre behne lagi; jangalo me insaan ki laashe bich gai.. Dekhte hi dekhte jannat dikhai dene wali zameen kabristan me badal gai jaha har taraf zulm aur atyachar hota dikh raha hai. Koi ghar aisa na tha jaha se bachcha, Jawan ya buzurg agwa na kiya gaya ho. Aurte har jagah roti nazar aai aur sirf yehi maang kar rahi thi ki unke pyaro ko wapas unke paas pahucha do.
In sab ke bich do mulk apni apni rotiya sekne me lage hue dikhai diye. Ek taraf Pakistan aur dusri taraf Hindustan. Ek kehta hai ki Kashmiri log khud ko Pakistani maante hai aur Pakistan se jud kar zindagi guzarna chahte hai aur dusra kehta hai ki kashmir Bharat ka kabhi na tutne wala hissa hai. In sab ke bich kuch awaaz aisi bhi uthti hai jo kehti hai ki Kashmir ko na Bharat ko diya jaae na Pakistan ko, balki ek alag mulk bana diya jaae. In sab ke bich kashmiri awaam pis rahi hai; khoon ke aasu ro rahi hai; apne bachcho aur jawano ko kho rahi hai; aur media channels ko apni TRP badhane ka mauka mil raha hai.
1948 me Angrezo se aazadi ke saath hi ek aisa teda masla Hindustan aur Pakistan ko mila jisne aaj tak humara saath nahi choda hai; aur wo masla Kashmir ka hai. Kashmir, ek aisa region jaha rehne wale zyadatar Musalman lekin Angrezo ke time par waha ka raja ek Hindu tha. Jab ilaqo ka batwara ho raha tha, us waqt raja ko Hindustan ki taraf jana tha lekin awaam ko Pakistan ki taraf. Isi ha na me Angrezo ke jaane ka waqt ho gaya aur Kashmir ek aisi daldal me badal gaya jaha Bharat, Pakistan aur Kashmiri awaam, teeno buri tarah fas gae.
Is uljhe hue mamle ko suljhane ke liye koi tayyar nahi hua lekin isko waise hi rakhne ke liye dabaw banaya gaya. Aadhe Kashmir par Pakistan ne kabza kar liye aur aadha Kashmir Bharat ke paas hi baki raha. Dono taraf se apne apne kabza kiye hue ilaqo me zulm hote rahe. Awaam hamesha shak ke ghere me zindagi guzarne par majboor thi. Kashmir mano ek sainik chawni me badal gaya aur har taraf Police aur Army dikhai dene lagi. Ab wo Pakistan ke kabze wala Kashmir ho ya Bharat ki taraf wala Kashmir.
Itna hi nahi; Kashmir par aise aise qanun laad diye gae jike chalte Police ko kisi ko giraftar karne ke liye warrent ki bhi zarurat nahi thi aur kisi giraftar hue aadmi ko bina muqaddama chalae Police hirasat me jab tak Police chahe rakh sakti thi. Is qanun ko AFSPA (Armed Forces (Special Powers) Acts) kaha jaata hai. Iske chalte Police Kashmiriyo ke ghar me ghus jaati aur shak ki bina par Jawano ko utha kar le jaati. Bahot se aise mamle bhi saamne hai jaha hirasat me liye hue jawano ka kai saalo se pata nahi chal paya hai. Police aur Army wale apni hawas puri karne ke liye gharo se jawano ko agwa kar lete aur aurto par zabardasti karte. Aise balatkar ke saikdo mamle aaj duniya ke saamne hai.
Awaam chikh chikh kar apni daastan bayan kar rahi thi lekin kisi ke kaan par ju tak nahi rengi. Ab awaam ko is zulm aur atyachar se azaadi ka ek hi raasta nazar aaya aur wo tha Army aur Police ke khilaaf khade hona. Yaha par ye baat saaf karna zaruri hai ki Kashmir ki awaam kabhi hathiyaro ke balbute Army ke khilaaf kahdi nahi hui balki unhone chote chote paththaro ko apna hathiyaar banaya. Ek taraf banduk, gola barud aur dusri taraf chote chote paththar. Koi maa apne chote bachche ko hath me paththar de kar banduk ke saamne khula nahi chhod sakti lekin kashmir ka mahol kuch aisa bana diya gaya ki ab koi apne ghar me baith nahi saka. Aur log mauka dekhte hi hazaro ki tadad me rasto par nikal padte aur Police aur Army par paththarbaazi karte.
Sarkaar ki taraf se mamle ko hal karne ki koi koshish nahi ki gai balki sarkaar ne Army aur Police ko khuli chhut de rakhi ki wo hathiyaro ka istemaal kare. Har baar aisa hi hua, jab kabhi log sadko par nikle to Police aur Army ne apni banduk ke mu khol diye.
Lekin ek baat notice karna zaruri hai. Bharat ke dusre States jaise Haryana aur Gujarat me Jaat aur Patel biradari ke logo ne hinsak pradarshan kiya; rail patriya ukhad di, bazaar loot liya, gadiya jala di, hazaro karod rupyo ka nuksaan kiya. Lekin Police ne ek goli tak nahi chalai aur na kisi ko is nuksaan ki bharpaai ke liye kaha gaya. Lekin jab isse kahi kam numbers me log kashmir me shantipurn tarike se pradarshan ke liye sadko par nikalte hai to aasu gas chodi jaati hai, charro wali goliya chalai jaati hai jisse saikdo jawan hamesha ke liye andhe ho jaate hai aur itna hi nahi logo ke sino par sidhe goliya chalai jaati hai.
Shantipurn pradarshan Hindustan me sabka haq hai. Apne upar ho rahe atyachar ko duniya tak pahuchane ka Kashmiri janta ke paas pradarshan ke siwa koi aur rasta nahi hai. Agar in pradarshano par bhi pabandiya laga di jaae to awaam kya kare? Jab logo ko itna daba diya jaae ki wo apni dil ka haal kisi ko nahi suna kare to uska gussa aag ban kar bahar nikalta hai aur paththar bhi goliyo par bhari pad jaate hai.
Bharat sarkaar ko Kashmiriyo ke mamle ko Pakistan se alag rakh kar dekhne ki zarurat hai. Jis tarah dusre rajyo me logo ke sath itni sakhti nahi barti jaati usi tarah se Kashmir ke logo ke sath bhi narmi se bartaao karne ki zarurat hai. Center aur State me BJP ki government hai isliye Sarkaar ka aur zyada fariza hai ki mamle ko sahi dhang se hal kiya jaae aur banduk ki nok par ise hal karne ki koshish na kare taaki mamle ka sahi hal nikal sake.

Center aur State me BJP ki government hai isliye Sarkaar ka aur zyada fariza hai ki mamle ko sahi dhang se hal kiya jaae aur banduk ki nok par ise hal karne ki koshish na kare taaki mamle ka sahi hal nikal sake.
